Custom order

 

I am always available to discuss your projects and ideas. For custom orders, here is a summary of the steps we will follow together.

You can always contact me via instagram (@_celiabruneau), email (clia.bruneau@gmail.com), or through the contact form.

 

Step 1 – Initial contact
We discuss your wishes: a specific place you would like to represent, preferred colors, patterns, dimensions, or techniques (embroidery, painting, tufted rug, etc.).

Step 2 – Quotation
A detailed quote is created, approved, and signed by both parties, followed by the payment of a deposit.

Step 3 – Design proposals
I send you drawing proposals, with back-and-forth exchanges to refine the design until you are fully satisfied.

Step 4 – Creation process
The artwork is created.

 

Step 5 – Final payment and delivery
Once the piece is completed, the final payment is made and the artwork is shipped.

 

Each embroidered piece, painting and tufted rug is unique and entirely handmade by Célia Bruneau.

 

* Please note that a production time of 7 to 30+ working days is required for the creation.

 

Packages are shipped directly from the workshop via the local Post Office, Colissimo, DHL, FedEx, or Convelio.

Any reproduction is prohibited, each artwork is protected by copyright.

Célia Bruneau holds all rights or authorizations on the contents and services and more generally on all elements of the site www.celiabruneau.com, which are protected by copyright.

Without prior authorization from Célia Bruneau, no logo, graphic element, text, image or video from www.celiabruneau.com may be copied, reproduced or distributed in any way.
